CARLISLE, IN | 2022 Buick Encore GXFebruary 24, 2023When attempting to rotate my tires, they broke my locked lug nut on the vehicle, and told me they would replace it, which was not an issue. The issue was that they were going to send me home with only 4 lug nuts on the rim without telling me. When I noticed the problem and brought it to their attention, i was told multiple times that it “shouldn’t be a problem”. Even after calling back the following day to speak with the service manager I was also told it “shouldn’t be a problem” again. If the manufacturer sends the vehicles out with 5 lug nuts per rim why does this dealership/service department find it acceptable to send cars of their lot with anything less than the manufacturer intended? After raising the issue to the service department they told me they “don’t really keep lug nuts on hand” and only after I started telling them I wasn’t going to leave until they fixed the problem did they miraculously seem to find a whole box filled with nothing but lug nuts in it to replace one that they had broken til I could get my new set in. Very displeased, and don’t enjoy being made to feel as if my concerns about MY vehicle that I pay for, are invalid. Very unlikely to ever recommend this service department to anyone. I enjoy my Buick, and I enjoyed the buying process with Ubehlor, but ever since driving it off the lot, the dealership has made nothing but mistakes and problems for me.
