I had my car in twice for the same problem, first time I was assured that everything checked out fine, couldn't find anything wrong, we specifically requested the battery be checked and were assured nothing was wrong with it. that was roughly $150. back in the shop for a second time, same problem, again suspected a battery problem, and again $150 only to be told the positive battery cable was "loose".............shouldn't of that been the FIRST thing check on the initial appointment? Either way I'm out over $300 for a simple fix. Won't be going back there again, nor will I recommend it.

We contacted Nolan Kiefer after seeing the GMS Sierra 1500 SLT on the website. He informed us that the vehicle was at Vincennes and would have a driver get it yet that day. At 3pm the vehicle arrived at the Jasper dealership, where we were able to test drive it. Nolan provided excellent customer service answering all our questions.
